Prepare work

1. Primary Packaging – Kraft bag and PE bags Stage

Process Steps

• Conduct visual QC before bagging.

• Insert plush toy into the kraft bags then put kraft bag into PE bag.

EU Compliance Requirements

• Recycling symbol (Mobius Loop) is required.

• France (AGEC Law): Triman logo + Sorting Instructions must be printed.

• PE bags must be PVC free (REACH compliance). Box must display:

• Apply shipping carton sticker

• Seal the carton using approved tape.
