1. Do Not Immerse or Machine Wash.
The pack is sealed and contains materials (like grains or gels) that can be damaged or clump if soaked. Never submerge it in water or place it in a washing machine or dryer.
2. Surface Clean Only.
Wipe the exterior fabric with a damp cloth using mild soap and water. Avoid saturating the fabric.
3. Prevent Water Entry.
Be extremely careful not to let water seep into the seams or the inner filling, as this can cause mold, mildew, or damage the heating properties.
4. Air Dry Thoroughly.
After cleaning, let the pack dry completely in the air, away from direct heat, before the next use or storage. Ensure no moisture remains on the surface or in the seams.
5. Check Care Label.
Always follow any specific instructions provided by the manufacturer on the product's label.
Core Principle: The pack is not designed to be washed. The goal is to clean the surface without allowing moisture inside the sealed unit.
